FUTELLA Co., Ltd. (“FUTELLA”) processes personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what we collect through futella.com and how we use it.
1. What we collect
This website does not ask you to submit personal information. When you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you choose to include in the message. Our hosting provider processes standard technical request data (such as IP address) for security and delivery.
2. Why we collect it
Solely to review and answer your inquiry and to keep a record of that correspondence.
3. How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our ongoing relationship, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete it earlier.
4. Processors
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. and our email runs on Google Workspace (Google LLC). They process data on our behalf. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing [email protected].
6. Cookies
We use a single functional cookie (“lang”) to remember your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies.
